FEEDBACK TO STEN'S TRAININGS:
The trainer was very good, involved the participants, was able to react quickly and reorientate when somebody's attention started to wander or when the exercise/example didn't appeal. For the most part very good examples, good pace. There was plenty of engagement, not offensive (usually one of two extremes in training - either lecture style where there is no engagement at all, or conversely 'engagement' is aggressive or offensive to the participant - there was none of this in this training, plenty of everything). In between you got the theory and then immediately into examples or discussion, very enjoyable. I commend the trainer! I would gladly participate in your training again.
50% of the training was practical. The trainer was friendly, articulate, could give good examples. Everyone had the opportunity to have a say in the training. There was a good balance between theory and practice. The trainer used a variety of learning methods.
The training met all my expectations and more - the trainer had great examples, jokes and teaching words.
